Graduated with a Bachelor of Business, major in Marketing from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Susan has over 20 years of experience in marketing and has accumulated a repository of valuable industry contacts with trade professionals and business executives.
She started her career with Singapore Exhibition Services (SES) and joined its sister office in Shanghai for two years. She subsequently headed the Marcom and Data Department at UBM Singapore (now known as Informa Markets) after UBM's acquisition of Allworld Exhibitions which SES was a part of.
During her tenure with the company, Susan has successfully launched several new regional events, and spearheaded new technology initiatives in the areas of marketing and data, with the main objectives of achieving the best ROI for the events, as well as to provide a greater user experience for international stakeholders.
Susan has worked on events for industries such as Food & Hospitality, Info-Communications and Multimedia, Oil & Gas, Process Engineering and Machine Tools & Precision Engineering.
